With the smoke, dimmed lights, and intense sparkles of Jennifer Lopez’s sequin dress, things certainly were dramatic in American Idol 2012’s Judgment Night, Part 1. Nearly half the Top 24 spots were filled, while others were sent packing. Things ended on a cliffhanger when we were left wondering if new dad and first-class weeper Adam Brock would be eliminated.
