For Kurt, the constant bullying over his sexuality was getting a little to hard to bear. Enter Blaine — a confident, caring guy from the nearby Dalton Academy who knew exactly what Kurt was going through. From the first moment Blaine sang Katy Perry’s “Teenage Dream,” Kurt fell in love… America fell in love… and thousands of Klaine shippers were instantly born.
With the focus on other Glee characters lately, it's now time to get back to one of our favorites: Blaine Anderson!
Yes, Glee won't be back until April 10. BUT FEAR NOT, Blaine fans! There’s some delicious stuff on the way for Kurt’s main man…
As we reported earlier, Matt Bomer is set to cameo on Glee as Blaine’s older brother in April 10's Season 3, Episode 15: "Big Brother," AND the two will be performing a mashup of songs by ‘80s heavy-hitters Duran Duran (omggg!).
Now, E! Online has scoop that the episode will also feature a flashback to the boys’ childhood!!
Amazing, no?
Matt Bomer will reportedly play Darren Criss' older brother on Glee.
The show is currently casting the roles and we’re wondering if the choice to perform ‘80s tunes will tie into the childhood scene. Sure, Blaine wasn’t born until the mid ‘90s, but that doesn’t mean the young Anderson boys didn’t have a proclivity for pop tunes of their mother/father/whoever’s era, right? Either way, we’re pretty sure this is bound to be fantastic!!
As for the continuation of Klaine, a “solid source” tells E!, “Blaine and Kurt are still very much a couple and there aren’t any plans right now to break them up.” Watch out for a moment in tonight’s ep, though, where Kurt might show some hesitation in making any long term commitments to Blaine (for shame!)… Don’t say we didn’t warn you!
