Cleondra Carter's episode of 16 and Pregnant aired almost a year ago on May 17, 2011 — and we're dying to know what she's up to now!

Last time we checked on Cleondra, she and her baby daddy, Mario Escovedo, had just given birth to a little girl named Kylee Sue. During her episode, Cleondra was reluctant to move in with Mario, but it looks like times have changed! 

Cleo and Mario still live in Horn Lake, Mississippi, but now the happy couple are shacking up together with their daughter. "Mario and I are happier than ever," Cleondra explains to The Ashley. "I'm so ready for him to propose to me!"

In the meantime, Cleondra can drool over the promise ring Mario gave her. "It's his promise to love me for eternity and to be there for me until he could make his real commitment by marriage," Cleondra says while we dreamy sigh.

Cleondra and her man sound like the cutest couple ever, but they hit a major bump in the road back in the fall of 2011. Both Cleo and Mario were arrested on August 28th due to a domestic dispute (yikes!), but now their relationship is back on track.

"us going to jail didnt effect kylee or us arguing," Cleondra explains on Facebook. " so none of that makes us bad parents. we are grest parents. we take care of our child, our bills, && all our responsibilities."

Cleondra and her man are both hard at work, and Cleo graduated high school as an honor roll student and now attends college.

"We are both still working and I'm still in school but I changed my major [from nursing] to photography," she explains. "Kylee is 14 months now and is just running around! She is such a happy baby."
