Today, May 21, is Briana Dejesus' 18th birthday, and she celebrated as only Teen Moms do — by getting a tattoo!

The 16 and Pregnant star tweeted, "Got my 1st official tattoo (:" and added that it didn't hurt!

Briana didn't reveal what tattoo she got, but did promise, "I'll twitpic later.. It's covered."
